UpSkill Orlando: Tech Skills Explorer
The dashboard below offers a new approach to recruiting tech talent. By focusing on the skills required of the job, instead of past degree or work requirements, this tool identifies occupations that match an employer’s needs based on skills, while highlighting upward mobility opportunities for Orlando residents. Company executives, human resource professionals, and hiring managers should use this tool to explore the skills and tasks necessary for their tech job postings and identify other occupations with a high skill overlap.

A nonpartisan, regional initiative designed to prepare and strengthen the next generation of public leaders before they run for an office or seek an appointment to a government board or commission.
All Women Empowered
An initiative with a purpose to amplify the stories of women-owned businesses, women leaders and women entrepreneurs in the region, as well as women’s successes, initiatives and programs
