LEADForward Roundtables
A transformative, year-long, peer support group led by Accendo coaches who are accomplished C-suite female leaders and certified executive coaches.
Public Leadership Institute
A unique leadership training initiative that prepares Central Florida’s business-minded leaders to serve as future public leaders or policy influencers.
UpSkill Orlando
A regional, skills-based talent strategy working to create upward mobility opportunities by working with local employers and educators together to create skills-based career pathways.
UpSkill Osceola
Strengthening the talent pipeline and increasing career pathways for the region’s semiconductor workforce through initiatives that help employers connect and expand their hiring practice.
