Strengthening High-Potential Women Leaders

The LEADForwardSM Roundtables program offers a transformative, year-long leadership development experience, tailored specifically for high-performing women eager to amplify their impact and propel their careers to new heights. Each cohort is expertly facilitated by Accendo coaches—successful female executives and certified leadership coaches—creating a vibrant environment that fosters strategic growth, peer collaboration, and personalized coaching.

Program Investment & Structure

  • $4,800 tuition to be paid upon acceptance into the program. This includes all program costs, materials, and graduation.
  • Limited to 18 participants
  • Nine half-day, themed roundtable sessions held throughout the year
  • Three one-on-one executive coaching sessions tailored to each participant’s career goals

Feed Forward Opportunity Seat

Each group session features the Feed Forward Opportunity Seat, a collaborative experience where participants present a real-time challenge or decision point. The cohort then offers forward-looking insights and strategic perspectives, helping the individual gain clarity, confidence, and actionable solutions.

  • have 15+ years of professional experience with a strong track record in leadership roles;
  • are seeking to advance at least one to two levels in their career; and
