The dashboard below offers a new approach to recruiting tech talent. By focusing on the skills required of the job, instead of past degree or work requirements, this tool identifies occupations that match an employer’s needs based on skills, while highlighting upward mobility opportunities for Orlando residents. Company executives, human resource professionals, and hiring managers should use this tool to explore the skills and tasks necessary for their tech and semiconductor manufacturing job postings and identify other occupations with a high skill overlap.
