Business Model Tune-Up Program

As businesses need to change due to COVID-19 and beyond, the Orlando Tech Council’s new Business Model Tune-Up is here to help. The complimentary program provides companies direct feedback on their business model from a qualified mentor. Eligible companies are tech-enabled small and medium-sized businesses located in the Orlando region including Orange, Lake, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Brevard and Volusia counties.

A PROGRAM OF THE ORLANDO ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP

How It Works

Businesses can apply for 1-on-1 mentoring sessions to review their business strategy. The review sessions will follow the business model canvas, and the 60-minute session will cover each part of the canvas.

The Orlando Tech Council will contact you within five business days of your submission with how to connect with your assigned mentor. The mentors will seek to:

  • • uncover issues with your current business model
  • • make recommendations if possible on how to pivot your approach
  • • make recommendations on available programs/options that might support the change
  • • document the patterns of issues that local businesses are experiencing

Following the session, you and the mentor will complete a brief survey to review the process for continuous improvement.
