I have added the session dates to my calendar, and I understand that if I miss more than two (2) sessions, I will be asked to re-enroll in a future Leadership Orlando Class. I also understand that, unless other arrangements have been made, the program tuition is due upon enrollment, and must be paid in full prior to the Orientation Session; and that I am personally responsible for any portion of the tuition not paid by my employer. By enrolling in Leadership Orlando I am confirming my employer is aware of the work release time and endorses the application. In fairness to those who have consistently and actively participated, I understand the time commitment of Leadership Orlando and know that if I miss more than two sessions, I will be asked to re-enroll in the program at a future date. I understand that program tuition is non-refundable once the class begins.
