Citrus Bowl Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
On Wednesday, November 19, at 10 a.m., Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs, representatives from Florida Citrus Sports and other Central Florida leadership will ceremonially cut the ribbon to open the new Orlando Citrus Bowl.

Of the 21 candidates for key state and local offices in the region facing voters on the Nov. 4th general election ballot endorsed by BusinessForce, the political action arm of the Central Florida Partnership, 17 were elected. "With few exceptions the 2014 election cycle was a very successful one for BusinessForce with some big wins for our endorsed candidates in a number of key races throughout the region not only in the August primary but in the November general election," said BusinessForce President Mike Ketchum.
